These terms describe how the MASUVENT online store handles products, orders and payments.
Seller & support

Products & availability
Product status, price, colour and selectable sizes are shown on the product page. Stock can change before payment. We may correct an obvious listing or pricing error before accepting an order.
Orders & payment
Checkout recalculates products, delivery and any eligible discount on the MASUVENT server. An order is treated as paid only after the payment provider confirms the payment to MASUVENT.
Prices & import charges
MASUVENT keeps separate EUR and USD checkout price lists. Other currencies shown on the storefront are display conversions. Delivery is calculated at checkout. Customs, taxes or carrier charges may apply by destination unless checkout explicitly says they are included.
Preorders
A preorder is made or allocated after purchase and follows the timing shown on the product page. If timing changes materially, support will use the contact details on the order.

Mandatory rights
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Where mandatory consumer law gives stronger protection, that protection prevails.
