MASUVENT ships from Ukraine. Available delivery and its price are shown before payment.
Dispatch
Ready pieces leave within the window shown on the product page. Preorders follow the timing shown for that piece. A mixed order can wait for the slowest item.
Address & tracking
Check the delivery address before payment. When tracking is available it is attached to the order in MASUVENT ID or sent using the contact details on the order.
International delivery
Carrier and delivery time depend on destination. Customs, import tax and carrier charges may be collected separately unless checkout explicitly says they are included.
Returns & exchanges
Contact us before sending anything back. Include the order reference, item and reason so we can confirm the return route and the rules that apply to that order. [email protected]
Return request window: 14 days, subject to any stronger mandatory rights that apply to the order.
Keep the item unused except for reasonable fitting, with its original components and packaging where possible. Do not send a parcel to an unconfirmed address.
Return shipping: Paid by the customer.
Damaged or incorrect order
If the wrong item arrives, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with the order reference and clear photos so support can resolve it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the available payment route after the return is received and checked, or earlier where required by applicable law. Bank processing time is outside MASUVENT's control.
Consumer rights
Nothing on this page removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order. If local law gives you stronger rights, those rights still apply.
