Where do you ship?
Worldwide, from Ukraine. The exact delivery price for your country is shown at checkout before you pay. In Ukraine we ship with Nova Poshta, paid on delivery.
Is shipping ever free?
Yes: orders from €250 after discounts ship free to the EU, the UK, the US and Canada.
How fast do you dispatch?
Ready pieces leave in 1–3 business days. Preorders show their dispatch date on the product page; you get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves.
How do I pick a size?
Our cuts are oversized on purpose. Open “Size guide” on any product and use “Find my size” with your height, build and preferred fit, or write to us and we answer with real measurements.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags. Start it from “Delivery & returns”; the return shipping is paid by the buyer.
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on mono's secure payment page. Your card details never reach MASUVENT. Gift cards are entered at checkout.
Will I pay customs?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the price. If your country charges them, the recipient pays them on delivery.
How do gift cards work?
They are digital: emailed within a minute, valid for 24 months, and any balance left stays on the card for next time. Sent to your email, they also appear in MASUVENT ID.
Where is my order?
Enter your order reference on “Track order”. Once it ships, the tracking number is emailed to you; signed in, you also see it in MASUVENT ID.
What does preorder mean?
The piece is made for you after payment. The product page shows when it is dispatched, and we confirm the date by email.
